Innovations for Scaling Impact (iScale) is a global network of individuals and organizations committed to developing, implementing and promoting innovations to scale the impact of efforts to address the world’s most pressing challenges. iScale is a leader in advancing the effectiveness of efforts to promote the global public good through:

• Multi-Stakeholder Action for Scaled Impact – fostering and supporting multi-actor initiatives, from action-learners and donor collaboratives to cross-sectoral action networks

iScale engages in this work through a combination of action-learning collaborations and field-building initiatives. In its action-learning collaborations, iScale works side-by-side with networks and organizations to develop and implment innovations to overcome specific challenges impeding them from having greater influence and impact. iScale carefully selects action-learning collaborations and partners that offer the best opportunities for (i) addressing a vexing challenge that impedes efforts to accelerate impact more generally and (ii) pioneering new innovations to increase the effectiveness and sustainability of social development efforts throughout the world.

iScale facilitates a number of communities of practice around its innovation streams to foster more distributed and collective learning among expert practitioners, action-learners and thought leaders. Individuals and organizations that collaborate with iScale are automatically offered space in the communities of practice, which others may also join by expressing interest. Oftentimes, stakeholders can engage in iScale’s communities of practice virtually through our website and readily available teleconferencing/videoconferencing technologies.
