Stewards

Innovations for Scaling Impact is continually seeking to expand its core team and network of experts and practitioners. We look for individuals with technical analytic competencies related to our innovation streams, particularly those with expertise in more than one area, as well as experience in our programmatic areas of focus. In addition to exception technical competence, a steward must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. For members of our core team, we seek lopsided generalists who desire utilize their experience to work with thought leaders in the issue and innovation fields we address. For senior stewards, who are members of our expanded network who help lead particular action initiatives, we seek well-recognized experts in their fields of specialization.

Research Assistants

Innovations for Scaling Impact Research Assistants perform high-quality desk research and possess the communication skills to produce excellent written outputs with thoughtful analysis of the research. The ability to develop web-based data collection surveys and systems is a skill or taught in short order. The ability and desire to learn on the job and acquire new research and analysis skill is an important quality. Tasks include

• Performing desk research
• Analyzing research and clearly communicating through written form
• Developing web-based data collection surveys/systems
